Jogging requires more energy than any other exercise and helps to reduce weight gradually. Jogging makes the feel of refreshment and joyful. The blood pressure seems to get reduced while jogging forty five minutes daily. Jogging gives energetic feel and makes the day pleasant. Jogging makes the blood glucose to be burnt artificially and reduce the blood sugar level. The level of glucose in the blood shoots up due to the lack in the secretion of insulin in the blood. The blood pressure level will be reduced as the blood flows to every part of the body. The breathing may even rhythmic so that even amount of oxygen is supplied to the lungs. The bad cholesterols are burnt while jogging which prevents heart attack. The muscle in the whole body reacts to the response and will function properly. The joints move smoothly so that the arthritis problem is eliminated out. The blood which is flowing in the faster rate will increase the digestion and appetite will be maintained in a good sense. Jogging is not meant for those who have problems like diabetics and cholesterol. If it is practiced from the early age many diseases are preventable. It is healthy to jog at least for forty five minutes in early morning as the air will be fresh. So let's jog and stay healthy throughout.
